PRESCRIPTIONS
48 HOURS NOTICE
At The Park Family Practice we want to make it as easy as possible for our patients to access healthcare. That is why we offer the option of an online repeat prescription renewal request. Simply fill out the request form, nominate pharmacy and, if the doctor deems it appropriate, your prescription will be prepared and sent directly to your Pharmacy.
Please leave at least 48 hours between submission and collection.
Please note Repeat Prescription Fee €20
(Charge does not apply to Medical Card and Doctor Visit Card holders)
In some cases your doctor may wish to review your medical condition before issuing a repeat prescription and in such cases you will be advised to make an appointment with the doctor.
